Ball Corporation – Strategic Account Management

Leader of all phases of process redesign and implementation of strategic account management solution for all customer-facing employees of this major manufacturing company (Fortune 300).  Using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, Ball employees synchronize their activities to practice global, collaborative account management across geographical and organizational boundaries. Project was recognized by Microsoft with Customer Excellence award at Convergence in 2011. (case study)

Iomega – Next Generation B-to-B and B-to-C Web Sites

In effort to provide Iomega with a single view of the customer and similarly give customers a consistent yet personalized view of Iomega, whether they are purchasing on the Web or phoning a telesales representative for online shopping assistance, Blue Martini’s enterprise software was used to deliver the next-generation Iomega sites. Molson Coors Brewing Company – Sales & Marketing Analytics

As part of broad CRM initiative for one of the world's largest brewers (net sales of more than US $5.6 billion and a portfolio of over 40 brands, including Molson Canadian, Coors Light, and Carling) implemented a fully-integrated enterprise solution that helps sales, marketing, and finance teams make informed decisions throughout the product marketing and sales process. By integrating operational data from SAP R/3 with internal data warehouses, the solution guides users in answering key questions required to improve ROI, volume, and P&L through forecasting, marketing mix analysis, and price optimization. The project included integration with external demographic and sales data sources and utilized change management techniques to gain user acceptance and full project benefits.

SysTest Labs – Improves Client Project Collaboration

Created a SharePoint portal that included a template to enable SysTest to establish and manage additional external portal sites for future projects with new clients. (case study)
